CPS® - Crucible Precast System For Coreless Induction Furnaces 

CPS® is an innovative solution to line induction furnaces and vessels for molten metals.

The operation principle includes a wear lining made in Ultrablock® or Megablock® and a safety lining made in Dristone®.

The combination of these two elements gives as result a refractory lining having a hot face with very low porosity and high mechanical strength together with a safety lining elastic and ready to stop possible metal penetrations.

The particular features of this solution allow to obtain a better efficiency of the installation reducing the furnace power consumption.
